How World Tax Map evaluates information

JurisDB turns public rules into comparable summaries. The purpose is to help readers identify the questions to ask next, not to replace professional advice.

Country tax guides

We separate headline rates from the details that commonly change the answer: source versus worldwide taxation, residence and domicile, tax year, special regimes, social charges, withholding, local taxes and compliance obligations.

Formations, banks and visas

Formation pages consider legal setup, ongoing compliance, tax context, banking practicality and substance. Banking pages use provider documentation for product and pricing claims. Visa pages use official immigration guidance and distinguish general programme rules from case-specific decisions.

Scores and comparisons

Scores and verdicts are editorial summaries, not measured rankings or guarantees. They are intended to make trade-offs visible; they do not predict approval, effective tax rate, compliance cost or legal outcome for an individual reader.

Source review

Every research page links to the relevant authority or provider. A source landing page may not state a publication date; in that case we label it as such and show the date JurisDB last accessed it. Send corrections to [email protected].
